Style and Comfort
The accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (all en suite), kitchen, large living area with patio doors, a conservatory (with dining and seating area), WC, Utility/drying room and high speed fibre broadband.
All the en-suites have a shower and the downstairs bedroom also has a bath. The downstairs WC and bedroom is wheelchair accessible.
The property sits in 1 acre of private, fully enclosed garden laid mainly in grass with decking accessible from the lounge patio doors providing stunning views over Gruinard Bay.
