NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion • Rates include all utilities, bed linen, towels and logs • We can accept payment by cheque or internet bank transfer in GBP. • Change-over day is Saturday • Departures before 10am and arrivals anytime after 4pm • Christmas and New Year dates may be flexible – please e-mail. • Short breaks may be available usually from October through to Easter. Please email with your requests and we will try and accomodate your requirements. A £250 non refundable deposit is required to secure any dates, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On balance payment, a good housekeeping bond of £250 will also be requested. This will be returned immediately after the property has been checked at the end of the let. However, if any damage over and above what is deemed normal wear and tear is found, then the owners reserve the right to retain all or part of this deposit to cover the damage.
